Snow squall conditions will be possible during the evening and overnight. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact this evening's and Wednesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some patchy freezing drizzle is possible this afternoon leading to some slick or icy spots on area roadways, particularly on elevated or untreated surfaces.
